Project Scope
Stellar Energy provided engineering, fabrication, construction and commissioning services to deliver a turnkey turbine inlet air chilling system for this new combined cycle power plant located in Rumford, Maine. The modular turbine inlet chilling system chills the inlet air for one GE 7FA turbine to a design temperature of 10°C/50°F which provides 25.5 MW of additional power at the plant ambient design conditions.
