Project Scope
Stellar Energy provided complete design-build services for a turbine inlet air chilling system consisting of industrial refrigeration equipment, cooling towers, coils, and chilled water distribution piping on a combined cycle power plant. This facility contains a central industrial refrigeration system with packaged centrifugal chillers and a primary-secondary chilled water distribution loop.
