Bayer Pharmaceuticals - Clayton Campus

Stellar Energy designed and installed this central utility plant for Bayer to provide chilled water to a corporate campus. The chilled-water distribution loop also serves other pharmaceutical applications. The system is a primary, secondary and tertiary system utilizing variable frequency drives (VFDs) to provide chilled water on demand. Stellar Energy provided design, construction, engineering, equipment procurement, mechanical engineering and refrigeration services.
