Project Scope
Stellar Energy designed, fabricated and installed three chiller modules and one electrical module for the Genzyme chilled-water plant. Stellar Energy also supplied cooling towers and the associated cooling-tower support stand. The initial build-out of the plant was for 2,000 TRs (with N+1 redundancy) of 35°F chilled glycol solution with 10°F ∆T. The plant was designed for future expansion up to 4,000 TR (with N+1 redundancy).
