IN THEIR WORDS

Welder in 2023. Superintendent by 2025.

I attended Welding school in 2022 and joined Stellar Energy in 2023 as a 1st  class Mechanical Welder/ Pipe Welder. When I was hired the company just entered a period of major growth, and I was given the opportunity to grow with it, first to Mechanical Foreman, and soon after Superintendent. I was awarded a FCMA Excellence Award in 2025 for leadership capabilities. I now have the chance to lead an incredible team and support the work that we do every day for the rapidly expanding data center and AI Infrastructure industry.

— Morgan Canipe, Superintendent (Normandy)

From distribution to the heart of production.

After coming from traditional distribution, joining Normandy and Imeson in safety showed me the fascinating side of seeing a project built from start to finish. Moving into production allowed me to collaborate closely with both our floor teams and leadership, making my daily work vastly more dynamic and fulfilling. Two years later, bridging those behind-the-scenes strategy sessions with real hands-on progress remains the most rewarding part of my career.

— Bianca Harden, Production Coordinator (Imeson)

From Project Manager to Director, across two decades.

I originally joined Stellar Energy in 2007 as a Project Manager and grew through a series of increasingly responsible roles spanning engineering project management, manufacturing engineering, production management, and ultimately Director of Engineering.  After several years outside the organization focusing on manufacturing strategy and operational transformation, I returned to Stellar Energy as Director of Design Project Management, where I now lead a team responsible for managing the technical development and execution of multiple product lines in a fast-paced environment supporting numerous hyperscale data center customers.

— Toby Lentz, Design Project Manager Director

A skilled-trades career turned into an engineering path.

I began my career at Stellar Energy as a welder and, through hard work, continuous learning, and the opportunities provided to me, advanced through electrical leadership, automation, and robotics into Manufacturing Engineering. Stellar Energy has allowed me to build upon my hands-on experience, expand my technical capabilities, and turn a skilled-trades career into an engineering path I’m truly proud of.

— David Springstun, Manufacturing Engineering Technician
