With over 2.3 million square feet across our campuses in Florida and Texas, our in-house teams of engineers and skilled tradespeople manufacture complete systems, custom modular systems, structures, piping, and skids, all built off-site and delivered ready to install. More than 1,000 manufacturing employees work across our campuses, supported by in-house training and certification across five trades, including electrical, mechanical, structural, and welding. Defined advancement paths develop our people from entry level through skilled trades into leadership.
- INTEGRATED ELECTRICAL CAPABILITY
Most integrators split electrical work across multiple subcontractors: one for installation, another for medium-voltage terminations, another for controls, another for field support. Every handoff adds cost, schedule risk, and room for error.
Stellar Energy owns that scope in-house. Our electrical manufacturing team handles installation and integration, medium-voltage cabling and terminations, instrumentation and controls, and I/O testing, working alongside our automation engineers to validate every system before a unit leaves the facility. That same team supports pre-energization in the field and can implement design changes after shipment. The result is fewer handoffs, faster troubleshooting, and tighter control over quality, schedule, and cost.
